Mr. M. Aslam Awan is an Advocate High Court and founder of M.A. Awan & Co. (MAACO), Advocates, Tax& Business Consultants. He has a vast experience of about Seven years in legal profession both in transactional matters as well as litigation. Before make his own law concern he has worked with different reputed law firms of the country. More so, he has also served in renowned financial intuitions for more than a decade before joining legal profession.
Mr. Awan’s specialized area of expertise is Taxation, Corporate, Commercial, Banking Law, Immigration and Human Rights Law. He has represented numerous Taxation matters, Human Rights and Commercial matters under the appropriate laws and jurisdictions, and remained engaged in Banking and Company litigation. He has also represented numerous private and public limited concerns in various matters under the Companies Act, 2017. He also assisted different senior counsels in representing various issues of national importance.
Mr. Awan’s practice areas also encompass opinion writing and contract drafting. Apart from this he also specializes in drafting agreements for assets purchase, joint venture, land acquisition, software licensing and procurement assignments.
